The Corolla is a decent compact car. It combines no-nonsense practicality with excellent fuel economy and a class-leading predicted reliability rating. The Corolla comes standard with a solid list of driver assistance features and infotainment technologies. On the negative side, the base engine is weak, even for an entry-level car, and most rivals are generally more fun to drive. The Corolla's passenger space, cargo space, and interior quality comes in average to below average as well.
